Construction manager
FABE POLSKA Sp. z o.o., specializing in road and highway construction, is recruiting a Construction manager for the S17 expressway construction project on the Izbica - Zamość section in Lublin Voivodeship.
Work location: Lublin until May 2026, from July 2026 Stary Zamość, Lublin Voivodeship
Responsibilities
- Fulfilling the duties of Construction manager as provided by law
- Direct supervision of construction works on site, monitoring quality and timeliness of work in accordance with documentation. Cooperation with the site inspector. Partial and final acceptance of works from subcontractors, reporting completed stages for acceptance by the investor's supervision
- Coordination and planning of subcontractor works, participation in key meetings and consultations
- Optimization of processes and design solutions
- Maintaining construction logs
- Reporting work progress and maintaining technical documentation
- Enforcing compliance with OHS regulations and recommendations on site
- Cost control and optimization
Requirements
- Higher education in a relevant field
- Construction qualifications to manage construction works without restrictions in the road construction specialty
- Membership in the regional chamber of construction engineers
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction manager
- Experience with 'Design and Build' systems on large highway projects, class minimum GP
- Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD software
- Knowledge of construction law
- Driving license category B
